Collective Bargaining Agreement
The Collective Bargaining Agreement (or CBA) is our written contract between CFPB management and the union that sets the terms and conditions of employment for bargaining unit employees.
2024-2028 CBA
The new CBA went into effect November 8, 2024, and is in effect through December 31, 2028.

2017-2024 CBA
The prior 2017 CBA and 2022 CFPB Next articles are no longer in effect and were superseded by the new 2024-2028 CBA (details above).
