What’s in the 2024-2028 tentative Collective Bargaining Agreement?
The new CBA was ratified by union members November 1, 2024, and is in effect as of November 8, 2024.
Management accepted our proposal and we have a tentative agreement on our CBA for the next four years! However, it will not go into effect until the terms of the agreement are ratified by chapter vote, in accordance with the NTEU Constitution.
Bargaining unit employees will have until the chapter meeting November 1st to learn all about what's in the agreement before dues-paying members vote on ratification!
If you aren't already a dues-paying member, now is the time to join! As an active member, you can vote on whether to ratify the tentative agreement. You also get access to our members-only website content and Slack channel where you can talk directly to our Bargaining Team. Join today!
